From the south:
If you you come from or through Germany you can either drive all the way via the bridge across “Storebælt” (the Great Belt Bridge) or opt for one of the ferries: Puttgarden-Rødby or Rostock-Gedser. If you book early, cheap tickets for the ferries are available.

From the north:
Sankt Helene is really quite close to Elsinore, so we suggest you opt for the ferry from Helsingborg. The alternative is to cross the bridge from Malmö but that takes you all the way south around Copenhagen.
Fly to Copenhagen airport. From there you can go by either rental car to the address mentioned above (1 hour drive) or go with public transportation. Trains to Copenhagen Central station depart every 20 minutes or so. From there, follow the guide below.
By public transportation
From Copenhagen Central Station catch the S-train to Hillerød (line A or E). From there change to the local railroad “Gribskovbanen” and get off at the station “Godhavn”.
Please note that on the local railroad you have to press a "STOP" button in the train, otherwise it will just pass any station with no passengers waiting to board. So to get off at Godhavn station, press the "STOP" button after passing the "Holløse" station. From Godhavn it’s just a 500m walk to the reception of Sankt Helene.
Expect about 1h30m total from Copenhagen Central Station to Sankt Helene.
Journey description and timetables will be available here later.
